the world is churning
dividing itself in religion and religiosity worlds
the states are pandering the religious world
some outright calling themselves a religion bound state
others play it cool under their belly
and seek religion for their doing
religion provides peace to some
a rationalized peace, nevertheless a peace
the cost is too high
religion warriors are too many
come in varied face, color, and creed
fighting and destroying in the name of almighty
when it is nothing but their insecure gaiety
the robe, the place, the rituals are all for power
to control
to subjugate
to brain wash
to cajole
to collect alms
build real estate, and the state
a drama
a falsehood
a cleaver placate
