Life's Game

life's games are what they are: outright confusing and nutty

life's games are insecure, and down right murky

the faces of goodness are conflicted, conceited, and deluded

no sanity can exist as long as the games of winners and losers subsist

my mind dreams a world without winners and losers

could there be a world without winners and losers?

or it is a dream, a deluded dream

a dream that needs rest, and no more nightmares

the facade of care surrounds

the game of care is to empower the insecure need

it is human destiny until evolution brings a new creed

living is a game of mind in a convoluted rim

skim the rim to see the darkness that heed

mind struggles to settle with the darkness of life

the pleasures of life are the reminders that happiness exist

there must be the goodness that is waiting to rise

to comprise of no games but a life of happiness

free from insecure needs

free from the games of living to win, to lose
