The Ego Game

Ego is a treachery, or
ego is a mastery of inclines, or
ego is the health's declaratory divine?.

It all depends........
what ego, and whose ego one finds in a mind
is it the ego that craves, and raves?, or
is it the ego that saves and shines?
is it a commercialized and depraved mind? ,or
is it a mind struggling to stay sane in an insane planetary mine?

Ego is a piece of work that has evolved over time.
It bring the facial smirks, smiles of gaiety, and
rambles of power.
It drenches the mind
as it punches from all sides,
and races to speed ahead like no other kind
to smother and pollute the human mind.

ego is up front
ego is behind.
ego is on the right.
ego is on the left.
ego is in the middle.
ego is every where.
ego is in the temple.
ego is in the church,
ego is in the mosque,
ego is in the synagogue,
ego plays the love game,
ego is in the sorrow.
ego is in all the holy grails,

no matter where you look, it is the ego
which is racing
abasing
caressing
thrashing
winning
losing
never surrendering
it is the ego rendering
doing it's wondering.

there is no running from the ego.
there is no escaping from the ego divine.

where do we go to find a reprieve
from the ego in a world full of nothing but egos?
should we seek the monastery reprieve? or
should we come to Lena's cafe, and speak our peace?
